Looking for some good wave and flat water set up.

I think Christophe with miamikiteboarding.com visits nearby islands on a regular basis. He might be able to give you some input on this.

You could also check archived wind records for adjoining islands on http://www.ikitesurf.com/windandwhere.iws?regionID=132&regionProductID=1&timeoffset=0 .

Also, Guadeloupe is the next island south of Antigua, the average winds there include:
