Naples late November?

I'll be in Naples Nov 20th -> 27th down from RI, is it worth bringing my gear? How's the wind, beach crowd, launch areas, water temps? Any info would be greatly helpfull and I'll be by myself so advise of where to go with others too. Thanks all!

I'll be in Naples 11/17-18. I'm still on the beginner side (a couple of lessons and some down winders), but I should be fine once I get out on the water, Is there a better time of day to go out when there's a better chance to have others around to assist with launch and landing?
