Looks fairly weak for the next ten days....we might get a late afternoon seabreeze here and there.......high prerssure sitting on us.....
Every time Harry comes to town he is throwing more tricks and going bigger....Thursday when we were all beat, He rigged his 12 as we were all too lit up on our 16's..........totally inspirational to watch this guy ride.

Lots of new gear for 07///// but beware....some of the new ones look good but perform poorly.

Great wind yesterday (Monday) and most people playing hooky and riding all day. Great waves at the jetties in PC ... Mr. Surf himself said, "not good for us, but good for you guys!".
Today could be good too if the rain stays off. Winds more southerly, so be careful on the launch/land.
What's the word on the rest of the panhandle?

There were ten kites at the State Park yesterday...some good riding went down. Alligator Point was good earlier in the day. Most of us were on 9 to 12 meter kites. Where were you Larry?

We made it out to the state park late .... Woz was leaving when we arrived and there were a couple of folks still riding. Sorry we missed you guys. Just glad to finally have some wind! Just a few more pics on our web from that evening.

Glad you guys made it out there!
Last two days were 20-25 ESE here.....huge surf, like 12-15 feet. 9's, 10's and 12 meter kites. Some out of towners were here riding....Harry and John on a wind chasing trip......started out in Pensacola and came towards Panama City Beach as the Low from Texas pushed this way....these guys are hard and riding better every time we see them. Ten kites at the State Park yesterday, today only three riders out in huge waves and plus 20 wind.....hard core for sure. Late tonight there were three riders out at Alligator point in the flat water...near perfect conditions. Looking good for tomorrow as well.

Larry, it was good to see you out there on Monday. The surf was too much for me as the day had gone on. Did you get out yesterday? I enjoyed the flatwater in the AM and PM. Hope to see you out there again, Linda

I didn't get out that Tuesday ... started raining about the time I was able to go.
Did get out today. Windy and gusty ... like 13-23 when I was checking it at Carl Grey. I made up some new moves: Raley Kiteloop Faceplant and the Forward Spin Transition Kiteloop Backplant. Shoulda seen it. Ow.

Hey guys, Larry Smith and I headed over to FWB to kite with that crew. Ed met us over there as well. It was blast!! Blowing 17-27kts. Pretty steady in the 20's, and the gusts were higher. At different times, there were about 7-10 kites up. Kind of neat seeing differents groups of kiters coming and going throughout the day. I rode a 9M all day and rode 132 Underground as well as my 140 Element. The tide was low, so the chop was not that bad until you got out closer to the boat channel. Everyone boosting big air. I got my first 20 footer yesterday. Talk about being up there forever!! Ed is starting to boost and is doing great. Of course Larry was out there on a 16M tearing it up with big air, back rolls, front rolls, raileys, and all. I heard that several of you guys hit Carl Grey yesterday afternoon, how was it? Rush, how was the island? Harry, how was Apalachicola? Can't wait to hear from everyone to know how it went yesterday. Look ahead to Thursday and Friday as another front approaches, with good wind for the weekend as well. Talk to you all soon. LINDA
