I have Naish kites with the pump leash on them.
Can i use them as attachments for a 5th line???
And what are the benefites.

I would be cautious about doing that without checking with a Naish retailer first. If they don't know off hand hopefully they can put an inquiry in with the distributor on your behalf. Fifth lines introduce a lot of stresses to kites and if they aren't designed to handle them damage may well result.

Fifth lines call allow substantial more depowering than you might experience on a regular C kite. They also assist with reverse kite launch off the water.

5th lines are used for three reasons.

1st as a depower system for you kite. It can benefit you in gusty conditions to depower your kite in cas of an emergnecy.

2nd It is great for tunning many big kite's. The 5th line allows the leading edge to maintain stability in low to moderate wind conditions. Making this an awesome feature for big kites.

3rd. as an extra leash. It allows your kite to fully depower (when installe properly).
