I'm visiting Vero Beach/Sebastian this December. Any suggestions on good launch spots/places where kiting is permitted nearby/places to find rules/regs? Any info would help.

thx

I know very little about Vero Beach riding. A good rule of thumb in Florida and elsewhere is to avoid riding off of guarded beaches. If you can park nearby and then walk to unguarded adjoining beaches get beyond 100 yards of shore and stay there until time to come in you should avoid some of the more common hassles.

Sebastian has one of the few good launches for SW to W to NW winds in the area. It is located at the western end of the park located at the south side of Sebastian Inlet. He might even know something about Vero as well. You could get in touch with AJ at Kitetricity for more info at: http://www.kitetricity.com/.

Thanks, I'll do that. We'll be staying in Lake Worth a while too & it looks like there are a few options there, so maybe we'll shoot for doing more kiting there.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
