Thank you for your potential support of the South Florida Surfrider Foundation International Surfing Day to “Save the Waves”. Founded in 2005, International Surfing Day was created to allow surfers and other ocean enthusiasts to come together in a global celebration of surfing. Chapters from all across the country will be hosting an event on June 21, 2006 to establish awareness and preservation of our oceans. The South Florida Chapter will also be hosting their annual fundraiser on this date. The event will begin at 7pm with a “paddle out” in front of Nikki Beach located on Miami Beach. The after party will began at 9pm inside Nikki Beach with live music, raffling of merchandise, and brief public service announcements.
Sponsorship of this event will be accepted in terms of merchandise to be raffled off or in monetary support. The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit organization, so all donations are tax deductible. Sponsors will be recognized on all flyers, billboards, and advertisements with an opportunity to set up small booths at the after party to display products.
