I live walking distance from the beach and kite several times a week here. We live in a great area for both kiting and surfing as well as fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Matanzas Inlet is 20 miles north along scenic highway A1A and is a world class place for kitesurfing the rivermouth or learning/jumping on the inside. Our area is deserted and has so many great places to downwind from. We are looking to rent our house for three months starting January 1st - March 31st. The house is very spacious and you would have the whole place to yourself except for the master bedroom. Perfect for active snowbirds or anyone needing to get some warm time away from snow.
