Menta-lizing "Native Fuel" Cooking ala Bone Island?

Our own Paul Menta of Kitehouse fame has come out with an intriguing book, "Native Fuel" inspired by Florida Keys cooking lore and native practices both new and old. It comes in two Key West inspired volumes and given the title makes me think there might be more in the future.
