Good price on tickets to PR through Airtran

Fellow kite addicts,
Airtran is running a special through Oct 1st, $89 round trip to San Juan. Im wondering if anyone knows what the wind is like in PR this time of year. I am dying here in Tampa and have to get some riding time in, even if it means flying somewhere.
