Crandon Park Closed To Kiting During Tennis Tournament

why does tennis affect kiting?

#1 they take up all the parking spaces for tournament visitors

#2 they also take up almost all the traffic as well

They were requiring a shut down of kiting even when I was facilitating access at Crandon over ten years ago. I think they feel overwhelmed by the tournament, traffic as Raul says and figure we can take a time out for the duration.
