Madeira Beach

I am going to be in Madeira beach from Jan through March 2012. I am an experienced kiter and am looking for info on launches in that area. Does anyone kite in Madeira? (I am hoping to be able to go right from the condo I am renting, but would also like to kite with others if possible). I don't want to be breaking any rules, nor put myself in a dangerous position so any local info is greatly appreciated.
