How is your wind holding up in Aruba? Our wind season has been light at best in Florida to date.

How is your wind holding up in Aruba? Our wind season has been light at best in Florida to date.

Hi Rick

This year wass pretty bad only 12 to 17 knots the most at least 5 to 6 days per week and some weeks 20 to 25, in Aruba when blows more than 17 you have wind the hole week.

Sorry to hear that Fernando, still it is better than here! I always liked the ABC islands for some of the more reliable wind in the Caribbean. I recall the first time I was going to Aruba, this was around 2003, getting a 5 m C kite to handle the gusts to 45 mph predicted.

Hey Fernando,

How is the wind holding up down there, thinking about perhaps coming down in June? Do you find the ikitesurf wind meter to be fairly accurate or is it off?
