Join Coach Michael "Gebi" Gebhardt along with other world class athletes and authorities on Cat Cay for a unique wind & water retreat.
"Executive Kitesurfing's founding members, Gebi and Edithe, have two passions in life; getting people out on the water through kitesurfing adventures, and coaching clients to higher levels of health, wellness and highly functional longevity.
The Adventure on Cat Cay: The trip will start with a morning departure from Ft. Lauderdale via a private 65-foot yacht, the Bar Code. The ride over and back to Cat Cay on the Bar Code will be an adventure in itself! However, if the weather forecast looks too rough, we have reserved flights back and forth on private aircraft.
The Plan: It has been a lifelong dream of Gebi, Edithe and Dr. Leonard Smith to collaborate, and share their passion for the wind and ocean, along with health and wellness, into an event which will revitalize your body and soul. Your days will be spent exploring the limits of nature’s power and vitality through personal sessions with the support crew, while immersed in the pristine surroundings. In the evenings, we will be engaged in casual dialog with our health experts on ways to 'tune in' to your bodies needs.
